The best way to find a comprehensive list is to use the Belgian yellow
pages at:
http://www.pagesdor.be/
Unfortunately their English version didn't work too well for me, so
here's how to use the French version:
In the box next to Quoi? type in: JOAILLIERS
Next to O ? type in: BRUXELLES
Then click on RECHERCHER and you should find a list of 247 stores in
Brussels selling jewelry.
