Silly question maybe?

I was born in the dark, but not last night and admit to being pretty low tech, but wonder about 360 message mail box?
It fluctuates or varies in quantity of messages that cause FULL alerts? Why is that and can I change it?

Sis, you mean your inbox right? well the messeges you dont want to get in your inbox you click them all and hit "spam" all the unwanted mail will then go to that folder! hope thats what you meant LOL
