Most modern twins do, but without an actual aircraft systems manual I cannot verify that for you. I did find a website (linked below) that gives some detail about the prop system, but does not mention any sync feature.
I would suggest going over to the forums at Airliners.net and asking there. I can guarantee that you'll be able to get an answer from someone who is flying, or has flown, the Saab 340.I don't know of any 2 engine planes that don't have prop synchronization to minimize cabin vibration. It is also called a synchrophaser.
