  • How do I determine the lease cost for a customer? I have to purchase hardware and software for this lease. I also have to buy extra hardware incase something happens (I am responsible for the upkeep) The hardware lasts aprox 4-5 years and the software has a $200.00 a year upkeep on it. I would probably spend around 6 hours a month on this customer and I need to make around 100.00 per hour. Therefore $600.00 would need to be tacked on as well. The agreeement would be a 60 month agreement.
