SITUATION
Becky is straight out of high school and is a highly talented artist
who will do freelance work around the world for at least 12 months
earning approximately 10,000 U.S. Dollars per month.
PROPOSAL
Becky proposes to form an offshore Corporation in Belize with
a trust formed in the Bahamas and a bank account in the Isle Of Man.
QUESTIONS
What is your recommendation to Becky's situation? Is her proposal legal?
CLARIFICATION
